How do I participate in this promotion?

What prizes are available?

There are 360 prizes available:

• 10 x pairs of tickets to the NBA Manchester Game 2027 on 17th January, plus £500 spending money.

How will I know if I have won?

Prizes are awarded through randomly allocated winning moments. After submitting a valid entry, you will be told immediately on screen if you’ve won.

Your entry will then be checked. If it is valid, you will receive a confirmation email within 28 days of the on-screen notification with details of how to claim your prize. Please check your junk and spam folders.

What must my receipt show?

Your receipt must clearly show:

• The date and time of purchase, which must be during the Promotional Period.
• The store where the purchase was made.
• The qualifying C4 Energy 500ml product purchased.

Please make sure you upload the correct, clear image. Once submitted, the receipt image cannot be replaced.

Do I need to keep my original receipt?

Yes. Please retain your original receipt, as you may be asked to provide it to verify your entry.

Why do you need my contact details?

If you are a lucky winner, we will contact you via the email address to confirm your prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry. We will remind you to be careful when entering your details and make sure they are correct and that they match your valid proof of ID.

What happens to the contact details that I provide?

Your information is stored securely and only used by our third-party suppliers for the purpose of this promotion and for prize fulfilment. All details will be securely deleted 3 months after the end of the promotion. Your information will be used and held in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How many times can I enter?

You can enter a maximum of 5 times during the Promotional Period. Each qualifying purchase can only be used to enter once.

How many prizes can I win?

You can only win 1 prize. The limit applies per person, email address and postal address.

Can I swap my prize for something else instead?

Unfortunately, not. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or another form of compensation.

What should I do if I have not received my confirmation email?

Please allow up to 28 days from your on-screen win notification and check your junk and spam folders. If you still have not received it, email [email protected].
