Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the ‘C4 Energy x NBA Manchester 2027’ promotion. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams are collectively referred to as the “NBA Entities”.

Administrator: Juice Creative Design Ltd, Unit 16 King Street Buildings, King Street, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4NT.

1. Eligibility: This promotion is only open to entrants (“You” or “entrant”) who reside in the UK, and who purchase Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Products from any stockist during the Promotional Period. The promotion is not open to those who reside in the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. The Promotion is not open to employees, agents, immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of employees of the Promoter, the Administrator, the NBA, their respective subsidiaries, group companies, affiliates, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion. Purchase necessary. Max five entries per person and max one prize per person, per email address and postal address. Valid email address, internet access, purchase receipt upload and registration required.
2. Promotional Period: Enter between 00:00 on 31 July 2026 and 23:59 on 25 September 2026. Entries must be received within these times in order to be valid.

3. Prizes: There are 360 prizes, in total, available to be won as follows:

   1. 10 pairs of standard seated tickets to the NBA Manchester Game 2027 held on 17 January 2027 at the Co-op Live (final dates and locations subject to change by NBA) plus £500 travel/spending money per pair of tickets.

   2. 350 NBA Store vouchers, comprising:

      1. 50 x £100 NBA Store vouchers and
      2. 300 x £25 NBA vouchers.

      NBA Store vouchers are redeemable at nbastore.eu. Valid until 31 July 2027. The voucher will be in the form of a unique discount code to be redeemed at checkout. The full voucher must be redeemed in a single purchase. Any unused value cannot be carried over. The code cannot be used on discounted items. NBA Store terms and conditions apply.

4. How to enter:

   1. During the Promotional Period, purchase a Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Product from any stockist during the Promotional Period and scan the QR code on advertising or promotional materials or visit www.c4-win.com/uk.

   2. Entrants must then complete the following registration information:

      1. Full name
      2. Current valid mobile number
      3. Current valid postcode
      4. Current valid email address
      5. Agree to the Terms & Conditions
      6. Agree to the Privacy Policy

   3. Upload purchase receipt, clearly showing the following:

      1. The time and date of purchase, which must be during the Promotion Period.
      2. The store purchased from; and
      3. The Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Product purchased.
   4. Once submitted, the purchase receipt will be considered final, and validity will be judged on the image uploaded. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure the correct image is uploaded.
   5. Winners will be selected via winning moments and notified immediately on screen if they have provisionally won a prize.
5. Entry Restrictions: Each purchase of a Qualifying Product may only be used to enter once. A maximum of 5 entries per person will be allowed. Additional entries that exceed this limit will be disqualified and any allocated Prize will not be fulfilled. Maximum of 1 Prize per entrant, per email address and postal address.
6. Entrants must retain the original receipt for the Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Product used to enter. The receipt must show that the product was purchased during the Promotional Period and before entry.
7. Only genuine proof of purchase (purchase receipt) on Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Products can be used to enter this promotion. Proof of purchase cannot be sold or transferred. Any attempts to undermine the use of genuine proof of purchase in this promotion will mean disqualification of entry.

   8. C4 Energy Millions Apple 500ml
   9. C4 Energy Twister Pineapple 500ml
9. Each can is a “Qualifying C4 Energy 500 ml Product.” Qualifying C4 Energy 500ml Products are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.

Winner selection, notification and prize delivery:

1. There are a total of 360 winning moments available throughout the Promotional Period. During the Promotional Period, prizes will be randomly distributed via winning moments, being pre-determined random time slots specified by day, hour, minute and second, set between 00:00 31/07/2026 and 23:59 25/09/2026 by a secure, independently verified computer programme. If your time of valid entry is the first to fall on, or after, a winning moment, you win the prize randomly pre-allocated to that winning moment. If two entries are received at the same time, the entry processed by the server first will be the winning entry. Any prize not won before the next winning moment will roll over and be available to be won at the next winning moment. There is no guarantee that all prizes will be won.

2. During the Promotional Period, provisional winners will be notified instantly on screen after entering if they have won a prize and which prize they have provisionally won. Following verification of their entry, winners will receive a confirmation email to the email address used on entry within 28 days of the initial on-screen notification, including instructions on how to claim their prize (each, a “Winner”). NBA Manchester Game 2027 ticket Winners must provide their bank details via the secure link in their confirmation email to receive their £500 travel/spending money by bank transfer only.

   Winners must provide a UK bank account number and sort code. Payments will be made within 28 days of claim. Winners should check their junk and spam folders during this period.

3. Subject to a Winner’s compliance with these Terms and Conditions the Prize will be delivered to the Winner using the details provided by that Winner. All Entrants are responsible for providing the correct information required to fulfil their prize. The Administrator and Promoter will not be liable for any prize, eGift card, gift code or spending money being sent, credited or paid incorrectly due to an entrant’s error.
4. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed or substituted for cash or any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute another prize of equal or greater value.
6. Incomplete, illegible, invalid or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
7. The Promoter will make available details (abbreviated names and counties only) of the NBA Manchester Game 2027 ticket Winners to anyone who requests them within 3 months of the closing date of the promotion by emailing [email protected]. Winners may object to their details being published, or request that disclosure is limited, by contacting the same email address. The Promoter may still disclose Winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority or other regulator where required, and reserves the right to refuse any request where permitted.
8. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion. Where a Winner agrees to take part, the Promoter, the NBA Entities and their respective designees may use the Winner’s name, county/city of residence, image, voice, photo, video or other likeness in connection with the promotion, without further payment, where permitted by law.
9. The Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to require entrants to provide verification of purchase, their identity (passport or driving licence) and eligibility including original documents which they must provide within 14 days from request. The Promoter and Administrator reserves the right to refuse to award a Prize or withdraw a Prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the entrant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any instructions forming part of this promotion’s claim requirements or otherwise where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating or won using fraudulent means.
10. All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made by consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted. Entries made by automated bots, macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the number of entries into the promotion, those entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. The Promoter/Administrator reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid entries. In addition, the Promoter and Administrator reserve the right to reject those entries which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.

11. Any additional costs which may be incurred in this Promotion in the context of participation, such as internet costs and other additional services that go beyond those described services for the Prize must be paid by entrants separately. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the responsibility of the recipient. Your entry will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you;

    1. Are not an eligible entrant (as defined in clause 1 above);
    2. Have not entered during the Promotional Period;
    3. Fail to provide valid identification or delivery details under clause 4, when requested.
    4. Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter and Administrator in its sole discretion.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter, the Administrator, the NBA Entities, nor any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies or representatives will be responsible or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability, for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, expense or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to a winner or any third party, or damage to personal or real property, arising directly or indirectly from participation in this promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law, including personal injury, death and fraud. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
13. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of Prizes and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions, at any stage, or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
14. The Promoter and Administrator have no control over internet or communication networks and are not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter and Administrator will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent an entrant’s participation in the promotion.

16. The Promoter’s decision is final in all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
17. If any of these clauses in these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
18. The Promoter and Administrator will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose. All data obtained will be held by the Administrator who is responsible for fulfilling the Prizes. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used to fulfil the obligations of this promotion. It will not be used for marketing purposes. Your personal details will be kept confidential and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Administrator’s privacy policy. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to [email protected]. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described above.
19. These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
